Welcome to Pirqa Studio. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

Pirqa Studio sells digital “bio link” templates designed for artists, creators, and brands. All products are delivered digitally via email or instant download upon successful payment.

2. License and Intellectual Property

When you purchase a template from Pirqa Studio, you are purchasing a license to use the template, not the ownership of the design itself.

  • Permitted Use: You may use the template for your personal brand, business, or a single client project.
  • Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or claim the original template files as your own. The design and underlying code/structure remain the exclusive property of Pirqa Studio.

3. Payments

We use Creem as our secure payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Creem’s terms of service. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Creem. All prices are in the currency specified at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pirqa Studio provides templates “as is.” While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our templates, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Age Requirement

By purchasing from Pirqa Studio, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a minor but have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services and make purchases.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Córdoba, Argentina.
