Because Pirqa Studio sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue where the file is corrupted, missing, or you are entirely unable to download/access your purchased template, please contact us immediately at hello@pirqastudio.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.

Note: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind,” lack of technical skills to implement the template, or failure to read the product description.
